As Paula has said in her tribute to Jim – he was a great Dad to his three sons and loved them all very much. Jim stood by all his children and supported them through thick and thin and was always there for them no matter what. When Jim got poorly all his sons and family rallied round and took it in turns to go out to Spain to help care for him, which I am sure gave Jim great comfort to know how much they loved him back when he needed them most. Jim lived life to the full, was the life and soul of the party and always had funny stories to tell. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten by those who knew him. His legacy of supporting Manchester United is compulsory for all the McLaren clan and all future McLarens. With love Sarah x
